Welcome to the Sol & Kin shipping zone where your sunnies go from cart to your hands, effortlessly. Here is everything you need to know:

🇦🇺 AUSTRALIA

✔ Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post
Standard Shipping: 4 - 9 business days
Express Shipping: 2 - 5 business days (location dependent)

 

NZ NEW ZEALAND

✔ Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 NZD
 

🌏 INTERNATIONAL

We have shipping options available worldwide. These options will be shown at the checkout.

Shipped via Australia Post International
Once your parcel arrives in your country, it will be delivered by your local postal service
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched
Estimated delivery: 7 - 14 business days depending on location


We pack and dispatch all orders within 24 - 48 hours (excluding pre-orders).

All delivery time frames are estimates and do not consider public holidays or weekends.

Make sure you provide a full street address and phone number when ordering.

Double-check your delivery details including apartment/unit numbers if applicable.

If a parcel is returned due to invalid address, you’ll need to take care of re shipping costs.

Need to fix something? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

If your parcel has already been sent, best to contact Australia Post directly to update/redeliver.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your sunnies but if something's not quite right, we’ve got you.

What’s Eligible for Return?

·         Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

·         Products must be unused, and in their original packaging

·         Returns must include proof of purchase

What’s Not Eligible?

·         Sale items are non refundable

·         Gift cards are not eligible for return

·         Items with signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted

Exchange or Refund?

·         We currently offer store credit or exchange 

·         Credit will be issued once the returned item is received and approved

·         Store credits do not expire

How to Return

·         Email us at info@solandkin.com with your order number and reason for return

·         We’ll send you return instructions

Post the item back to us (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer)

Once approved, store credit or exchange details will be processed within 3–5 business days
